压滤机的结构由三部分组成：



折叠机构
手动压紧、机械压紧、液压压紧。

A、手动压紧：用螺旋机械千斤顶推动压紧板，压紧滤板。

B、机械压缩：压缩机构由电机（配有先进的过载保护器）、减速机、齿轮副、螺杆和保持器组成。

由坚果组成。压缩时，电机正转，带动减速机和齿轮组，使丝杆在固定螺母内旋转，推动压缩板，压缩滤板和滤框。随着按压力越来越大，电机的负载电流增大。当达到保护器设定的电流值并达到最大压紧力时，电机切断电源并停止转动。由于螺杆和固定螺母具有可靠的自锁螺旋角，因此能够可靠地保证工作过程中的压缩状态。缩回时，电机反转。当压板上的压块撞击行程开关时，缩回停止。

C、液压压缩：液压压缩机构由液压站、油缸、活塞、活塞杆以及活塞杆与压缩板的连接件组成。

压滤机作为煤泥水处理系统的关口设备，必须具备设备大型化、运行快速、系统稳定可靠等基本特点。随着对泥饼含水率的要求越来越低，对煤压滤机的要求也越来越高。也逐渐好转。
