(1) When the sludge is too thick or dry blocks are left behind, it will cause the feed port to be blocked. At this time, there is no material between the filter plates and only the pressure of the hydraulic system itself is left. At this time, the plate itself is under pressure for a long time. Easy to cause damage: Measures: Remove the sludge blocking the feed port.
(2) When the feed is insufficient or the feed contains inappropriate solid particles, it will also cause excessive or uneven stress on the plate and frame itself, resulting in damage. Measures: Ensure that the feed pressure and medium particles meet the requirements, and promptly Replace damaged Filter Plate.
(3) If the outflow port is blocked by solids or the supply valve or outlet valve is closed during startup, the pressure will leak nowhere to cause damage. Measures: Check the Filter Cloth, clean the drain port, check the outlet, open the corresponding valve, and release pressure.
(4) When the plate is not cleaned thoroughly, it may sometimes cause media leakage. Once leaked, small grooves will be washed out on the edges of the plate and frame. The large amount of media leakage will cause the pressure to be unable to rise and the mud cake to form. Measures: Carefully clean the filter plate, repair or replace the filter plate.
