Full underflush spray booth:
Using today's state-of-the-art technology, air enters through the ceiling and is exhausted to the outdoors through a pit or basement. This exhaust method allows for a cleaner painting process and a safe working environment. But its cost is higher and it takes up more space.

It can be divided into diesel heating baking room, electric heating baking room, steam heating baking room, infrared heating paint baking room, waste oil heating baking room, etc.
3) Classification according to paint mist treatment methods:
It can be divided into two categories: dry spray booth and wet spray booth (water treatment).
Dry processing is most commonly used in normal use of spray booths, so the filtration system (mainly primary filter cotton and secondary filter cotton, etc.) must be inspected and replaced regularly. Otherwise, it will at least affect the quality of the paint and may even cause a fire. With the further development of science and technology, the methods of dealing with excess paint mist are becoming more and more advanced. Many high-end cars use water treatment spray booths to process excess paint mist and dissolve it in water. Paint mist treatment methods have come a long way.

A new type of Mobile Spray Booth - a full-pressure spray booth - has been widely used in our country's furniture industry. The basic principle of the full-pressure spray booth is the same as that of the exhaust spray booth, but it uses the directionality of pressure to spray paint vertically from top to bottom, making the painting more precise. In addition, in terms of hardware, some computer rooms use "multi-layer filter cotton" instead of Filter Cloth to achieve high air cleanliness; use infrared baking lamps to save drying time; when discharging excess paint mist, use water curtains to be more environmentally friendly. In this way, the chance of rework is almost zero, which also saves paint and improves work efficiency. Because it uses infrared baking lamps and spraying devices, it is also called a paint booth.
