压滤机的结构由三部分组成：

折叠机架
机架是压滤机的基本部件，两端有止推板和压头。两者由两侧的大梁连接。大梁用于支撑滤板、滤框和压紧板。为了满足先进的卫生要求，架子需要用不锈钢覆盖。不锈钢熔覆技术可以作为参考，其质量可以满足欧洲客户的需求。

A、止推板：连接支架，将压滤机一端置于基础上。厢式压滤机推力板中部为进料口，

四个角有四个孔。上两个角的孔为洗涤液或加压气体的入口，下两个角为出口（底流结构或滤液出口）。

b. 压紧板：用于压紧滤板和滤框。两侧滚轮用于支撑压紧板在梁轨上滚动。

C、梁：是承重构件。根据使用环境的防腐要求，可采用硬质聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯、不锈钢涂层或新型防腐涂层。

随着客户工厂产量的不断增加，板框压滤机的负荷越来越大，设备故障的频率也越来越高。还需要进一步分析总结，更好地维护和改进设备，使其发挥更大的效能。。
(1)污泥通过时污泥或干块留下，会造成进料口堵塞。此时滤板之间已无介质，只剩下液压系统本身的压力。这时，板材本身就容易出现长时间受压的情况。造成损坏，措施：清除堵塞进料口的污泥
。
