Product Description
With the help of the feeding pump, the diaphragm burp Membrane Filter Press will input the filtered material into the filter chamber of the equipment. After passing through the Filter Cloth in the filter chamber (general filter cloth can only allow liquid and very small solid particles to pass), the liquid It is exuded out of the filter cloth, and the solids are blocked on the filter cloth, thus achieving the effect of a general Filter Press equipment. The biggest feature of the hiccup membrane diaphragm chamber filter press is that it can perform secondary drying and pressing of the filter cake. The special design of its filter chamber allows it to automatically close the feed valve after the filter chamber is filled with filter cake and pump the filter cake into the filter chamber. The introduction of gas or liquid causes the filter cloth to expand and deform, thereby achieving the effect of secondary squeezing of the filter cake and further reducing moisture.
The membrane filter press is used in sludge and sewage treatment. The moisture content of the filter cake is lower than 30%. Compared with the traditional chamber filter press, the solid content of the filter cake is higher and can be increased by more than 2 times. Transportation costs are greatly reduced.

The diaphragm press represses the filter cake after static filtration to rearrange the structure of the filter cake and increase the density, thus displacing part of the water and improving the dryness.
