Product Description

压滤机的结构由三部分组成：

折叠机架
机架是压滤机的基本部件，两端有止推板和压头。两者由两侧的大梁连接。大梁用于支撑滤板、滤框和压紧板。为了满足先进的卫生要求，架子需要用不锈钢覆盖。不锈钢熔覆技术可以作为参考，其质量可以满足欧洲客户的需求。

A、止推板：连接支架，将压滤机一端置于基础上。厢式压滤机推力板中部为进料口，

四个角有四个孔。上两个角的孔为洗涤液或加压气体的入口，下两个角为出口（底流结构或滤液出口）。

b. 压紧板：用于压紧滤板和滤框。两侧滚轮用于支撑压紧板在梁轨上滚动。

C、梁：是承重构件。根据使用环境的防腐要求，可采用硬质聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯、不锈钢涂层或新型防腐涂层。

折叠机构
手动压紧、机械压紧、液压压紧。

A、手动压紧：用螺旋机械千斤顶推动压紧板，压紧滤板。

B、机械压缩：压缩机构由电机（配有先进的过载保护器）、减速机、齿轮副、螺杆和保持器组成。

C、液压压缩：液压压缩机构由液压站、油缸、活塞、活塞杆以及活塞杆与压缩板的连接件组成。
