Start the host machine, adjust the belt speed to 4m/min, start the network with the cleaning pump, and maintain the water pressure of 0.3 ~ 0.5 mpa. Check: Pneumatic components are leaking. Will the air tube bend and cause the air pressure to drop? Are the water pressure and water normal? Is it sensitive and reliable? Is the mesh belt tight and the tube opening blocked? If the belt is misaligned, the deflection mechanism is damaged.
The snail stacker starts the sludge dewatering process, starts the chemical pump, adjusts the pump flow, and extracts the diluted flocculant into the mixer. Turn off electric and pneumatic switches and close clean water and chemical control valves. The laminated spiral body is composed of a fixed ring, a moving ring, a spiral shaft, a screw rod, a gasket and several connecting plates. The spiral shaft consists of a shaft and a spiral blade, and the shaft is welded by a shaft and a hollow shaft.
