The spray booth can be configured in various configurations according to the size, shape, weight and production schedule of the workpiece: open or closed; continuous or intermittent; workpiece rotating or fixed; single-sided spraying and double-sided spraying. An oil curtain spray booth, lower spray booth, etc. have also been developed. The structure should include: air supply filtration system, workpiece suspension (transportation, rotation) device, water curtain system, water washing system, exhaust system, sink, lighting device and chamber body.

Environmental Friendly paint mist recycling principle: Paint mist recycling can be divided into two parts: one is when the workpiece is sprayed, the paint mist collides with the water curtain and mixes, part of the paint mist will dissolve into the water curtain and fall into the sink; the other is undissolved The paint mist entering the water curtain enters the washing chamber through the gap at the bottom of the water curtain plate, and is fully mixed with the water mist sprayed from the atomizing nozzle. The air and water separate and settle before flowing into the tank. Add paint mist coagulant to the water tank regularly to form paint slag.
