Exhaust Gas Treatment Spray Tower is also called water washing tower, scrubber tower and purification tower, including leachate conditioning tank. Spray towers are divided into acid washing towers and alkali washing towers according to their properties. According to the shape, it can also be divided into vertical washing tower and horizontal washing tower. According to the material, it can also be divided into vertical scrubber and horizontal scrubber. Suitable for PP washing tower, glass fiber washing tower, leachate conditioning tank, etc.
Spray towers are also the most commonly used deodorization equipment and are suitable for all large and medium-sized enclosed or semi-enclosed spaces. After the malodorous gas is collected under negative pressure, it enters the spray tower and removes the malodorous molecules in the gas through a series of chemical reactions. The spray tower has extremely high deodorization efficiency, small footprint, low operating cost, and can realize automatic control. The product has a beautiful appearance and has single-stage, two-stage and three-stage washing methods for leachate according to different occasions.

For mid-section transfers, deodorizing scrubbers are suitable for use at the discharge port of a transfer berth or throughout the entire hall of a closed transfer station. In practice, the suction port is generally located above the exhaust port. After the odorous gas and large amounts of dust are collected through negative pressure pipelines, they are connected to Dust Removal Equipment and deodorizing scrubbers.

Spray towers, deodorizing towers and scrubbing towers are also suitable for odor control in waste incineration plants. Since the odorous gas burns relatively completely at 250℃-400℃, the odor source of the incineration plant is concentrated in the unloading pit. Garbage accumulates in garbage pits for some time. During this period, the gas will be collected, causing a slight negative pressure in the surrounding space, and a small amount of air will circulate to slow down the increase in the moisture content of the garbage. Finally, a deodorizing scrubber is used to centrally process the odor collected under negative pressure to achieve twice the result with half the effort.

Deodorizing scrubbers are used to deodorize garbage sites and are suitable for sealing spaces with high odor concentrations such as garbage unloading halls and large leachate conditioning tanks.
