Sewage (or other raw water) is transported by a water pump and enters the internal distribution channel of the drum grille from the water inlet pipe (trough). It overflows by gravity and flows through the filter surface of the drum grille. Larger solids or fibers are absorbed by the filter surface. It is trapped in the rotating drum, gathers and moves to the outlet at one end of the drum through the action of the internal spiral plate, and falls into the trough. The drum is equipped with a backwash spray pipe that can operate continuously or in a dry manner. It is used to remove impurities that may adhere to the drum surface and prevent the grid surface from clogging. The drum grille is driven by a gear reducer and a chain, and the rotation speed is adjusted by a frequency converter. The drum filter surface can be selected from perforated plates, metal mesh, and wedge-shaped grid forming mesh, which are suitable for different occasions. 1.Filtering:
The sewage flows into the filter tank by gravity. There is a water distribution weir in the filter tank. It enters the drum from one end of the drum through guidance, and then flows radially through the long holes on the outer surface of the drum to the polygonal Filter Plate cavity. Each filter cavity filters the stomach. plate. The pores of the filter plate are micro-water level. When the water flows out of the filter plate, the purpose of filtration is achieved. Gravity flow exits the filter through the outlet weir. The entire process is automatic and continuous. 2. Cleaning:
During the filtration process, with the continuous accumulation of solid suspended matter, part of the sludge is adsorbed on the inside of the Filter Cloth, gradually forming a sludge layer. As the sludge accumulates on the filter cloth, the filtration resistance of the filter cloth increases, and water enters the filter. The water level in the area gradually rises, and the liquid level gauge monitors changes in the liquid level in the water inlet area at any time. When the liquid level in the area reaches the cleaning setting value (i.e., high water level), the immersed multi-stage centrifugal pump starts and sucks the filtered water into the pump. Spray onto the filter plate through the nozzle. The main engine starts at the same time, driving the filter turntable to rotate, and comprehensively cleans the filter plate on the filter disk. 3. Discharge mud:
During the cleaning process of the filter plate, the muddy water flows into the mud discharge tank in the drum and is automatically discharged from the microcomputer.
