Product Description
The Filter Plate of the diaphragm Filter Press is mainly composed of a base plate, a rubber diaphragm, a circular pressure plate, a metal strip, a sealing strip, a roller, a filtrate nozzle, an extrusion air nozzle, etc. The membrane filter plate is placed between two hole filter plates. Its function is to form a filter chamber together with the orifice flow plate. The diaphragm filter plate obtains high-pressure air bulges from the blower pipe, changes the cavity volume, and is used to reduce the moisture content of the filter cake.
The closed chamber of the diaphragm plate is composed of a rubber diaphragm and a filter plate base plate. In order to squeeze the slurry evenly and flatly, pressure plates are installed on the front and back rubber diaphragms to adjust the deformation, and the filter press works
When, inflate the air into the closed chamber of the diaphragm filter plate.
The rubber diaphragm is raised and the cavity volume is changed to squeeze the copper concentrate slurry to achieve the purpose of Solid-Liquid Separation and dehydration. When inflating the closed chamber of the diaphragm filter plate, the rubber diaphragm around the pressure plate bulges, and the rubber diaphragm in contact with the edge of the pressure plate
Because the diaphragm is subjected to shear force and tensile force, the diaphragm is prone to fatigue damage after about 6 months of use.
