Approach

Once the hydraulic oil level is found to be too low, fill the hydraulic station tank with oil in time to ensure that it meets the requirements for normal operation. At the same time, check the sealing of the hydraulic pipeline joints and the integrity of the hydraulic pipeline. . If there is leakage at the cylinder joint or the sealing ring is worn, if there is leakage in the oil line, the O-ring or sealing ring should be replaced, and the oil line should be repaired in time to ensure the integrity of the hydraulic pipeline. The filter plate detection device is installed in front and the oil pump stops working in advance. It is necessary to readjust the position of the filter plate seating device to ensure that the closing pressure meets the requirements. When the hydraulic cylinder of the filter press is closed, the hydraulic parameter setting value is small, and the hydraulic oil pump enters the stop state in advance. In this case, the pressure parameters need to be reset to ensure that they meet the requirements of the pressure standards
