Product Description
The driving device of the inflow mesh grid decontamination machine in the Microfiltration Machine is located on the upper part of the frame and is an imported brand SE shaft-mounted reducer. There are spiral adjustment devices on the front and rear sides of the frame to adjust the tightness of the transmission chain. The frame of the inflow mesh Grille decontamination machine is an integral rectangular rigid structure assembled and welded from stainless steel plates and section steel. There is a water inlet opening at the water-facing end of the lower part of the frame. Guide rails are provided on the front and rear wall panels of the frame. An internal slag collecting tank is also provided on the upper part of the frame and extends to the outside of the machine. The rack is installed in the center of the grille well, and the gap between the two sides of the rack and the grille well is the channel for the water to flow out after filtering by the grille. Diversion baffles are arranged on both sides of the water-facing end of the frame. While guiding the flow, they can prevent floating garbage from passing through, achieve the effect of Solid-Liquid Separation, and are efficient and environmentally friendly.
The traction sprockets and guide devices for transmission are placed on the upper and lower parts of both sides of the frame respectively. The stepped mesh plate is made of ASI804 stainless steel. The mesh surface has regularly arranged small holes, which have the functions of passing water and intercepting dirt. The stepped surface can intercept larger dirt. The internal flow screen Grille Decontamination Machine is equipped with a reliable screen washing system. The medium pressure washing system starts and stops at the same time as the screen, effectively removing most of the dirt trapped by the screen. The high-pressure flushing system removes some hard-to-remove dirt and ensures mesh regeneration.
