Mobile Spray Booth principle and structure: The entire Spray Booth is a prefabricated Spraying Device. Principle of paint mist recovery: Paint mist recovery can be divided into two parts: First, when the workpiece is sprayed, the paint mist collides and mixes with the water curtain, and part of the paint mist will dissolve into the water curtain and fall into the water curtain. The second is that the paint mist is not soluble in water. The paint mist in the curtain enters the water washing chamber through the gap at the bottom of the water curtain plate, and is fully mixed with the water mist sprayed from the atomizing nozzle. The air and water separate and settle before flowing into the tank. Add paint mist coagulant to the water tank regularly to form paint slag.

Precautions
1. Before spraying, you must first check whether the spraying air pressure is normal and ensure that the filtration system is clean; 2. Check the air compressor and oil and water dust collector to keep the spray paint hose clean.

3. Spray guns, spray paint hoses, and paint mixing cans should be stored in a clean place;

4. Except for dust removal with a blow gun and sticky cloth, all other pre-spraying processes should be completed outside the paint room;

5. Only spraying and baking processes can be carried out in the paint room, and the door of the paint room can only be opened when vehicles enter and exit. When opening the door, the air circulation system during spraying must be started to generate positive pressure to ensure that outdoor dust cannot enter the room;

6. You must wear designated spray painting clothing and safety protective equipment before entering the spray paint room;

7. When baking operations are carried out, flammable items in the paint room must be moved out of the room;

8. Non-essential personnel are not allowed to enter the paint room.
