Before preparing to use the Stacked Spiral Machine, please pay attention to the technical requirements for sludge dewatering based on dilute mixed flocculant: strictly follow the requirements of the technicians, and provide technical selection of flocculant varieties and appropriate specifications. Environmentally friendly factories require the use of flocculant: polyacrylamide (cationic or anionic, molecular weight 10 to 15 million). Pay attention to the dilution ratio of flocculant to water. It must be diluted at a ratio of 0.5 to 1‰ before leaving the factory. Note that the flocculant should be slowly added to the water while stirring. During the addition process, if colloid blocks are formed, it needs to be added slowly. According to the type of flocculant, the stirring speed is controlled at 150 rpm. The mixing time is 1 to 3 hours. Please use within 30 hours. After the concentration reaches the required level, check the moisture content of the sludge to see if it has good fluidity.
