Product Description

Due to insufficient daily maintenance and use of the plate Filter Press, the Filter Plate is blocked by coal and mud during the working process of the filter press. During the feeding process, the filtrate cannot pass through the filter plate, causing pressure leakage and resulting in filter cake. The filter cake cannot be formed or the filter cake is very thin because the Filter Cloth is clogged or damaged, which significantly reduces the Solid-Liquid Separation efficiency of the filter press.
Therefore, it is recommended that the production department clean the filter plate thoroughly and increase the frequency of cleaning when cleaning the filter plate of the filter press. If the filter cloth is damaged and cannot meet the usage standards, it must be replaced.
In actual work, if the filter plate of the filter press is cleaned regularly, the filtration effect of the filter plate can be quickly improved. During the working process, it is easy to unload, contains very low moisture, and has a thick filter cake. The machine has external cleaning capabilities. The original three cleaning cycles per shift were increased to four cleaning cycles per shift. It has been verified that the moisture content of the product can be reduced from the original 33.26% to 31.48%.
